The Vetromac BT60-33 is a professional breakout table developed for the safe and efficient separation of scored monolithic float glass sheets.

Its large working area makes it suitable for handling jumbo-size glass sheets after CNC cutting and for integration into high-capacity glass-processing lines.

The table combines pneumatic breakout assistance, air-flotation technology and a modular work surface to provide controlled handling and efficient breakout operations.

Pneumatic Breakout Bars

The BT60-33 is equipped with pneumatic breakout bars integrated into the working surface.

The bars raise the glass locally along the scored cutting line, allowing the operator to separate the sheet in a controlled and repeatable manner.

This system reduces the physical effort required during breakout and supports safer handling of large and heavy glass sheets.

Glass Floating System

The integrated Glass Floating System creates a cushion of air underneath the glass sheet.

This allows the glass to move smoothly across the working surface with reduced friction, making positioning and handling easier for the operator.

Each table module is equipped with a dedicated blower, providing evenly distributed air flotation across the complete working area.

Large-Format Glass Handling

With an overall footprint of approximately 6,700 × 3,400 mm, the BT60-33 provides a large working surface for jumbo-size glass sheets.

It is particularly suitable for architectural glass, façades, curtain walls, insulating-glass production and other applications requiring the handling of large-format sheets.

Modular and Replaceable Work Surface

The working surface is divided into removable and individually replaceable panels.

Each panel can be adjusted independently to maintain accurate surface flatness and can be replaced separately when worn or damaged.

This avoids replacing the complete tabletop and helps reduce maintenance costs throughout the operating life of the machine.
