The Schiavo EASY Series is a practical vertical glass washing and drying machine designed for the most common operations in professional flat-glass processing.

It combines straightforward operation, proven washing technology and competitive investment cost, making it particularly suitable for small and medium-size glass-processing companies.

Two Available Models

The EASY Series is available in two principal versions:

EASY1600/4
EASY2000/4

The EASY1600/4 processes glass up to 1,600 mm high, while the EASY2000/4 is designed for glass up to 2,000 mm high.

Four-Brush Washing System

Both models are equipped with four cylindrical washing brushes.

Two brushes clean the front surface and two brushes clean the rear surface of the glass, providing effective washing for standard flat-glass processing applications.

The brushes use 0.2 µm bristles and have a diameter of 120 mm.

Two-Air-Knife Drying System

After washing, the glass passes through a drying section equipped with two air knives.

The air knives remove residual water from both glass surfaces and provide a dry sheet at the machine outlet.

Two Independent Water Tanks

The EASY Series is equipped with two water tanks.

This arrangement supports water circulation during the washing process and helps separate the washing stages for dependable daily operation.

Adjustable Processing Speed

The glass transport speed can be adjusted from 1 to 4 metres per minute.

This allows the operator to select an appropriate speed according to the glass condition, thickness and required washing quality.

Glass Thickness up to 19 mm

The standard glass-thickness range is from 3 to 12 mm.

Glass up to 19 mm can be processed without requiring machine adjustment, providing useful flexibility for common architectural, furniture and insulating-glass applications.

Minimum Glass Size

The EASY Series can process glass sheets from a minimum dimension of 350 × 250 mm.

This allows the machine to wash both standard sheets and smaller glass components used in furniture, doors, partitions and interior applications.

Standard Working Direction

Glass moves through the machine from right to left.

The working height is 650 mm, allowing integration into standard vertical glass-processing layouts.
